I'm glad you brought this up, and the key word is witnesses (plural), as I have been told that me making this comment, along with some others who have done the same, are "misleading this board." I wrote it down on my note pad that day....(:>)

All I can say is, all public companies can be purchased at the right price, unless the company/insiders etc own enough to reject a bid on their own...at least that is my legal understanding, and if I am wrong, someone correct me please.

Us share holders collectively control the vote...capiche, and RP acknowledges this very point when I visited him 9/17/09.
