My impression (from memory) was that they were leasing the players rather than having purchased them. If that were the case, I`d think EDIG would still get the same per player ordered, then Wencor would solely receive the income from any leasing arrangement. Could be that such leased players are returns from Jetsgo. It makes sense to me that EDIG gets most of its revenue from new players (along with perhaps some refurb revenue), but that Wencor could do whatever it wants with them after that.
