Interesting that they think people wouldn`t buy an ipod that also has video capability. Who says you have to watch it all the time? One more feature that adds value, assuming they can get it into a ``cool`` shell and market it appropriately.
This is a no brainer for Jobs....he is likely waiting to exhaust the ipod market before offering the next best thing.
