I had thought what greengo posted this morning was a PR, when in fact it was the 14A.

Thus, my enthusiasm that it was different than previous PR's.

I am sorry to this board for my missunderstanding of what he posted, but after all the DD by many, I was dead wrong....my apology to all. I should have realized that not getting an e-mail alert, like doni pointed out that it was not a PR at all, but I did not connect the dots.

Richardo also pointed out the year end financials are due 90 days after Mar 31, and some where I said 60...and I know better, a brain freeze that day, so my error again.
