In my opinion, an emergency addition to this proxy can go out 2 weeks before the meeting asking us to vote on one more matter.

And guess what?

Oct 19th, the court agreed to day via the 30 day stay for Samsung to wrap up obligations, then the 26th to be finalized, is 4 weeks less 1 day before the meeting.

I said Nov 18th, 2 or 3 times, the week before Thanksgiving...CAPICHE??
