I was thinking along the same lines. WHAT IF EDIG was talking turkey w/ Samsung while DM is setting up a target on TI or Intel? Wouldn't TI or Intel think the same as to covering their butts (from their own backstapping, theiving "parnership" as Samsung had with EDIG) from a Samsung/EDIG backed lawsuit and make a play for EDIG? RP,FF and DM setting up a turf war?
