If the Court rules against digEcor's motion to alter the verdict and make EDIG pay for the batteries (Doc 399), then BOW will probably unspool in the next staff meeting. LOL
Total amount EDIG is seeking is $79,710.98. That should pay for the 2009 Annual Shareholders Meeting. ;)
