If it's determined that digEcor is infringing, what does EDIG do? What can it do to stop it, short of suing ? Can they obtain some type of injunction? I suppose EDIG would have to produce the evidence necessary to obtain it and they only have to convince a judge not a jury. There would be costs involved but far less, I suspect, than the recent case.

Cost is always a consideration. If that's paramount in EDIG's decision and they don't ever want to see another courtroom again, digEcor slides...right?
