The incription patent will be totally a software solution applicable to various DSP/FPGAs type hardware environments, ie, families; it would almost have to be unless we created our own microcontroler, but it imvho it will definitly be based on MicroOS, so when they said they were going back-n-forth with patent office; I find that hard to belive primarly because it's a unique platform based on an unique OS.
