1. e.Digital and Samsung have executed a Settlement Agreement. Pursuant to that

agreement, Samsung agreed to comply with certain obligations by October 19, 2009.

2. Following Samsung’s compliance with those obligations, e.Digital and Samsung

expect to file a joint dismissal with prejudice of their claims and counter-claims against each

other by October 26, 2009.

A. A possible buy out and they hire DM to continue which my be why there have not been anymore filings.

B.They will buy the rights to market and manufacture the eVu and complete in the IFE market.

Anyone feel free to add to the list but IMO we have something that they want dearly.The question is what is it?We have a lot of very smart people on this board so we ought to be able to figure it out.
