There appears to be a little to much mud in the water to keep hoping for a buy out at this time. Without seeing the "DETAILS" of the agreement between Samsung and EDIG, lets keep the ball in the court with out having all this speculation cloud up the situation.

A buy out might not be in the interest of all of us. It will mean pennies on the dollar for "US". Keep in mind that there are others that we can go after in litigation that can mean a lot more for us who are the so called investors. Let D.M. do his job.
