Its great news that there was a settlement with Samsung and that the courts went with EDIG as far as the littagation against them was concerned. Yet-- As far as the settlement is concerned, the devil "IS" in the details. With some of the mentality that EDIG has displayed in times past their weak position might make them except a situation that will have very little effect on the other 170 they might litigate.

The future of EDIG being able to make headway depends on going after those who stolr their property rights. There is nothing in the pipe line that will show any promise for them at this time. But if that settlement is strong and Samsung pays heavely for their crime then we can expect the other thieves to fall in line.

The MM's are reading this that way. Tey are betting that because EDIG is a weak sister that the settlement will be minimal and they can continue to play their game of control.

My position has always been to go for the throut and make an example of Samsung. Without that we will just hang out there going nowhere fast and being played for fools we are. JMHO Ted
