Yep, me too. The Vols are very young and we do not have a QB. Not good in the SEC.
As for Samsung and a buy out, there would certainly have to be a shareholder vote as I do not believe the company controls enough on paper to make the decision outright. In reality, the no-show vote is usually far more than 50% of the shares and the company does control the no-show vote.
We'll see, but I suspect LL is correct when stating something totally undiscussed will fly up and smack us in the face. I hope it is a big check!
