Just a thought here, Samsung and EDIG were waiting for the verdict about digEcor. Now that Samsung knows there is no legal liability they can proceed with their plan ( what ever that is ). The plan could involve the buy out or a partnership.

Or Samsung also may be thinking, " We'd better not mess with EDIG. They've got good lawyers and they will win their case against us. We'd be better off settling!"
