I would think that even if digEcor appeals, it will have little affect on EDIG either cost or plan-wise. It's essentially a review of the judge's decision from a legal perspective, right? Would our attorneys really have anything to do until/unless the decision was overturned if that were to even happen? I can't envision an appeal going against us and won't worry about it even if they do appeal.

The judgement would seem to be a material event, yes? Surely EDIG has to put out a PR or at least an 8-K in the next day or two?

Seems like a good time to announce the ASM if they plan to hold it yet this year... like mid-November before the holidays. And with WAEA coming up in 3 weeks or so, I'm hopeful that we'll hear something on this front as well. Add to that Samsung and DM's next move and we should see a real increase in the information flow.
