Actually, things may be fairly exciting till the Friday after next (CMC rescheduled to 10 June). My understanding is that the CMC was pushed out because some out-of-court settlement discussions are proving ``fruitful`` and if successful, further litigation may be unnecessary. I have no idea what the settlement may be (could be anything), but it seems anything within reason would be good for floundering PTSC. I`ve made a minor ``play`` over there...
