Gil, that's good to hear. My opinion was based on Doc 7 (EDIG's answer and counterclaim back in 2006). In their Prayer for Relief, EDIG asked the court for "costs and attorneys' fees incurred herein". When I didn't see any reference to the judge awarding this in Doc 397, I figured he denied this request.
Good to hear we can file for this money if we choose...thanks.
