Let me understand this....Samsung was paying Sandisk 375 mln/year for 7 years, tried to buy them in 2008, failed at 26/share, and renewed another 7 year deal at 175 mln per effective 8/1/09. Rumor thus far on RMBS.....
Why pay royalties...just buy the darn company...what a concept?
