RP told me on the phone that he did not state that they would not take anything less than $21.00 a share. He said whoever quoted that was mistaken.
He said that number came from the audience, who asked if he would take $21.00 a share. No comment on that question.
As usual, individuals like to hear what they want to hear. LOL
Let's be realistic, no matter how you crunch the numbers over x number of years, including all of the 174 suits in our favor at several hundred million dollars as mentioned by RP, you cannot even come close to a value of $21.00.
I have gone through several scenarios of number analysis, and the best I can do is a few bucks. A range of $3.00-$5.00 as a minimal ROI for any buyer.
One cannot expect to invest 1.5 billion dollars (300 million shares X $5.00) and generate profits of 700 million plus any new profits from new products and/or partnerships, etc. and generate a positive return on their investment.
It simply doesn't calculate.
