Since in todays world we vote our proxy via internet or mail, the votes at the physical SHM means little if nothing. At the 9/17/08 SHM, when RP called the mtg to order, one of the 1st business issues was to make sure everyone present had voted and if not, do so now.

2 guys said no, forms we passed to them, they voted, and once those forms were returned to RP, he declared the vote to add 50 mln shares, and other items on the proxy, had passed by legal majority.

Make sense?
