Although they did not know when the meeting date was scheduled where we would be that day, just wanted to point this out.

Coyote may be right that OTCBB/PK stocks are not required to have an annual meeting. If anyone knows for a fact, chime in please.

Regardless of the PPS should they schedule the next SHM, and regardless where it closes at 1PM CA on the meeting date, since they should have it at 2PM as in the past, I hope they do so, allowing concerned investors to show up and ask their questions.

I plan on attending, no matter what the PPS is.
