This is a letter I sent to mr falk this morning.

Dear Mr. Falk

I have not talk with you for a long time and I hope this e-mail finds you well and in good spirits. It now appears that the finances of the company have changed substantially from the old days and along with it I hope its outlook. It certainly will help if you and your colleagues communicate with the shareholders your views and aspirations regarding the future of the company. In short why don’t you people let us know about your business plan? Are you working on any new products? Are you planning to become a royalty firm? Are you planning to hire more engineers and become a research power house? Are you trying to identify firms to acquire? Are you trying to find new partners? Between not disclosing anything and telling something that will not hurt the company there is plenty of room to communicate your business model or, at least that par, that you deem appropriate at this time. But communicating nothing does not bode well for the company and its management. In fact, it seems that the management behaves as if nothing has changed from the old days. And, yet, this is no longer true. The management is more experienced and it now has some cash, even if this is not very much at the present, to effect changes.

Frankly, and I think I speak for the majority of the shareholders, the silence of the management has been deafening. I will appreciate any response that in your mind does not jeopardize the future of the company while, at he same time, provides the shareholders with some guidance regarding the intentions of the management.

Thank you so much for your consideration. I remain,

Sincerely Yours
