The most up to date info I can find via shortsqueeze.com is:

261,730,000 in float.

284,834,758 outstanding.

Polis/insiders own for the sake of discussion, more than 10% but less than 20%.

The math says the shareholders at large, could vote someone off the board.

I vote each year via proxyvote.com every stock I own. I signed up years ago to receive electronic notification via e-mail, so I no longer get the paper mail in version.

Obviously, the majority of the voters takes the advice of the BOD recommendations and each year we re-elect current officers, approve the accounting firm etc.

Heck, I'd bet but cannot prove, us Agora types collectively own 10% or more too.
