Maybe the SEC is not as strict w/OTCBB outfits, or maybe they filed something to not require a meeting, pay a fine..who knows.

All I care about now, is now and forward.

The timing of the next one seems critical in my book.

IMO, they have a better chance of a more positive event the later they schedule it.
