The SAMSUNG settlement will conclude on September 18th.

My guess is that management is hoping digecor will also be a done deal by that date.

The timing for the next round of filings is up to DM but management is expecting more settlements this fiscal year along with more settlements.

This next turn of events will come to a head over the next 1-3 months imo....and then EDIG should be set up for the next year or two with the next round of cases underway.
