I believe all the settlements will be more in keeping with DM's interests than EDIG's.....and EDIG can't do a damn thing about that. They're committed to accepting DM's control.

The Samsung details will prove me right or wrong. I don't think DM wanted to go all the way to Markman....just a hunch.
