Dont remember ever seeing any of the past settlements on 360 or any other news wire, but i agree the dollar amounts of the past settlements did not impress the investing community, but it was long needed cash for Edig to remain a going concern, and this latest settlement will be what drives the price in either direction. DM might of chose the lightest and easy road settlements in round 1, round 2 might be bigger and harder. Of the 170 infringers why was these first 7 chosen first? Makes me think that next round will contain more dollars and cost more to achieve.
