5 or 50, I wouldn't be too surprised with either. It's always been my understanding that tier two cases would not necessarily be soon. While I would love to have a buy out or some other major event that would cause the dream come true scenario, I dont have a particular expectation. I trust that DM has a strategy in mind to make the most money from our portfolio and will be pleased not "disappointed" with the forward step taken to achieve that goal.

Not that long ago this would have been blockbuster news to us. The period of time from our first filing and today has been relatively short. We have money in the bank, less debt and another settlement that should be "minimally" larger than anything we've received to date. We're close to resolution in the Wencor case, whatever it may be. For such a short period of time and so much gain, I just can't find too much to be disappointed about.
