Saw this and prompts the question as to just what it is.... I suspect that it has to do with the SEC regulation that I`ve alluded to that requires reporting of events that may have a material impact on stock performance. However, I do not recall them consistently doing these disclosures in the past (though they did do one for the F-10 settlement, and the last sale of equity). But maybe they have....

They ``comforting`` thing here is that, to the dismay of rumor mongers, if there is something going on which involves significant income, they will disclose it. Only two questions remain: Is there a threshold for what is deemed ``significant``? (e.g., if they are involved in a NRE effort for say $50K, must they disclose?). Is there any ``relief`` from this requirement if an NDA is in play?, or would they just have to say ``for an undisclosed customer`` in the disclosure? Note that this last disclosure does not disclose what airline the digEs are for (thought that`s kinda moot, as Wencor is OUR customer).

Nice action late yesterday and today. Somebody is buying (alot). Why? Because at 12:42 yesterday, I sold 10,000 shares! (need money on the home front). Of course, right afterwards, buying ensued and the price went up, and continues. Batting a 1,000 in this regard, on both sides (when I sell a little, it immediately goes up; when I buy, it immediately goes down). My own little contrarian indicator!
