Yes at some point the switch will be flipped. The first 6 settlements confirmed the game plan. The record profits set the tone and with SAMSUNG now going down, the risk continues to diminish in this investment while DM continues to chop away at the 170 or so infringers still sitting out there....not unlike a huge backlog of orders...not too common in today's market.

And of course, there remains the possibility for a walk off homerun to happen at anytime in the process.
