Since the issue of the negotiations by the parties is a public document that members of this board have already got hold of, why the company does not issue a PR suggesting the same? Here again is an opportunity the management has missed altogether-provided it thinks that it goes favorably its way and clearly they should know by now.

While I hope and expect a favorable outcome, the acumen of the mangement gives me a pause.
