Didn't you say something like it's time to make or break us now? Not the exact wording.

I too, thought that was the way to go and get it over, especially sice we were only a few more months to the court date and of course the eventual ruling months later.

As it stands, I am hopeful we will see a tender along with the settlement, however a very low probability.
