Of note...the new Infringement Contention (including "video") must have been acceptable as I thought. All "Digital Media".
There was no ruling on that matter....they only just submitted the change...and...WAM!!
a settlement.
At minimum(never mind the take over contention) you would think Samsung would want a license that covers this audio/video issue on the record.
