DM, Edig, & the Polis group have no interest(imho) in entertaining a buyout at less than the aforementioned $21/share. There is more long term money in the legal system (maybe) if you have time to purse that route. Validation of IP with a lot of smaller companies ( also Markman) is essential before you take on the "giants" of the technology industry where $21/share is "chicken feed".
