Law360, New York (August 11, 2009) -- Handing down the final judgment in i4i Inc.’s infringement action against Microsoft Corp., the court roundly rejected the software giant’s bid to overturn the $200 million jury verdict, issuing a permanent injunction and tacking on more than $90 million in enhanced damages and interest.
