If in fact it was a fello poster reinstating those deleted posts, for whatever "entertainment" value one was seeking, that in itself speaks poorly for our purpose here. If it was an alias of the banned user, so be it.

I also must say the actions taken to report, remove and remove again, was the right course of action and I compliment those involved.
