In the full blown system....if the HDD encryption is not needed at the seat...it will move to the server...if the drives are removable like the IMS server drives are....the files will still be broadcast in encrypted form...with the breach.
I would say that at this stage of the game encrypt the whole friggen system top to bottom...if there truly is a concern....
