How precise is law? In all legal cases (suits) you have 2 legal teams going against one another and both trying to prove their points and hopefully winning their case. And as we have seen in real life experience many times it is a toss up who wins.
I think you understand my points. If law was precise and not subject to so much intrepetation .(interpetation of previous rulings/intrepetation from a judge/ intrepetation of jurors/ intrepetations of special counsel/witness/experts). Yes of course nothing is perfect.........and that is my point.
Yes I do have a sore spot from some of my own legal dealings against the biggest major (petroleum) multi-billion dollar corporation.
I respect your view point and voicing some of mine.
I do consider your input valid, and like the fact that your perspective keeps us grounded when too many of us get giddy with excitement at times and need proper perspective.
