A lawyer friend of mine said this and it was profound. The law is not interested in whether your guilty or inocent only that justice was performed. That my friend is a very sad opinion which in many cases is true. There is no doubt that the use of some one elses property with out their consent is a violation. Yet it will be ejudicated by lawyers with diverse views about what has happened and depending how a "JURY" sees it, that is called justice. Does the trial of O.J. mean anything. We might be in for a very rude awaking based on "HOW" a judge views the issue and to hell with the law.
