Wencor is putting out the PR as a full blown system.....
the Linux enhancements mean nothing...
Our problem lies in the HDD encryption...along with the authentication scheme.
For the DigEplayer the possibillity is that someone could walk off with a unit....so the Hard disk encryption is imparitive....they are self contained units....each requiring an authenicator....to place or remove files on the disk.
The question is....the authentication would still be necessary in the full blown...however, the HDD encryption may not be...but then again the units are removable in a matter of seconds.
Comes down to the trust in the handlers...
