Quite the contrary, imo it was quite real.

Any informed investor like yourself, adding substantially to his position after painstakingly analyzing the company's legal position on its IP litigation front is a very positive development for those of us who may be slightly in the dark as to the ramifications of the SAMSUNG case, or any other litigation, for that matter.

Your reference to NNNs and the characterization of a false volume surge regarding you buying more EDIG shares further illustrates a preoccupation to not throw any enthusiasm EDIG's way...by even a preemptive strike to diffuse any possible enthusiasm.

Well I find your decision to BUY a big plus, no guarantee of course, but an indicator that there is perceived value for the potential at hand by a keen observer.

It will be investor confidence based on some development that will turn the tide and the sooner we shed this continued guarded position to not be confident, the better, imo.
