You feel Validity is not the issue with EDIG As i still hold my position Of PtSC and it is Very Clear to me that Ptsc's troubles are many and Edig should not have those same problems ,

Pat Nunelly makes it sound like proving infringement is quite easy in our case ,

After reading your comments it makes sense to me to be the case , Which i feel is better for us to just prove infringement and be on with collecting !

I understood your comments on the Markman and look forward to the event , And if samsung writes us a check for 50-60 mil instead i'll be happy with that also , BECUASE I DON'T WORRY ABOUT THE THINGS I CAN'T CHANGE !
