It would seem that having the phones included may be more important for future lawsuits than just the Samsung settlement, although certainly not insignificant. If there is a known battle over the phones and we prevail, wouldn't you think that Nokia, Apple and other cell phone makers will be put on notice? I only hope so. We need to win against this motion to strike!!
