Read it again, specifically the part omitted in your post. They`re going to ANNOUNCE the time/place of our AMS before 17 June, not conduct the meeting before that date. Considering that they must provide plenty of advance notice, I suspect the meeting will be conducted sometime in July, possibly early August.

As for PRs, they`re saying before 30 June. That gives them 5-6 weeks.
