As I read that....and what you have been told.. would make sense....e.Digital could not take the model of delivery of Wencor and sell it to another air line....or another entity out side IFE.

With that if e.Digital was to develop a system out side of IFE....the developer would have to come up with their own idea for a model of delivery or follow some already set standards if they exist.

It has nothing to do with e.Digitals technical ability...they follow their own specialized governance to get the job done to the satisfaction of the developer and what approvals they might be put through.
