I'll buy into a Samsung settlement if the amount is a minimum of $250 million, otherwise we should carry on to a Markman ruling. Between the initial filing and the final results we may be looking at 2-3 years. If we were to settle, it may take another 2-3 years to get a Markman ruling to properly validate out patents.

"With hundreds of infringers already identified" as you comment, I'm confused about the numbers game.

We have been told by edig management that they have officially identified 184 potential infringers, that's the number RP communicated to me last week.

How do you get "hundreds" from 184, isn't that jacking up the number by a hundred or more than we know about?

Would like an explanation or is this number for any new investors coming to the site?
