a ruling in favor of edig can't be topped. But as any lawyer would say there are no gaurantees in court.

What I am trying to say, since there are no gaurantees, if Samsung was willing to settle for an obscene amount versus losing in court for let's say 3 times the amount; would it be in the best interest of edig to accept or go all the way and take the chance.

I am trying to pick the mind of a lawyer (I would assume many lawyers think alike).
