I think and IMVHO that if we accept a settlement with Samsung before Markman we will be fools no matter how big it is, getting a positive Markman in February is our corner stone, we filed against vivitar back in March of last year and to get our Markman next February will be almost two years, that is why it is better for us to wait another six or seven months to get the Markman ruling than start all over gain which will take us at least another two years. My God I wonder how many lawsuits and alleged infringers can we count within the next two years after Markman and how many will settle within that time frame. Only time will tell but I am sure I do not have enough fingers to count on.

The time period between now and February will be boring almost newsless unless the news is pending the Digedor case. I am hopefull this case is in our favor.
