How about eliminating Blockbuster by having direct kiosks in retail outlets, etc ?

I concur with your comments and earlier questioned who would have the clout to orchestrate a content/kiosk/device deal?

A number of possibilities come to mind, but regardless, something of that magnitude would go beyond the homerun...more like a grand slam.

After the ipod invasion, wallstreet would be drooling at the thought of being a part of the companies who make that happen.
