Message: INTEL's 4 growth drivers

Larrysdream,

I tried to explain that to raggie in a previous post.

EDIG attracted INTEL execs to its board back in 1999-2000 at a time when INTEL was considering entering the portable markets. However, INTEL changed directions abruptly and exited the consumer electronics markets.

The most recent revelations indicate they are back in the game on several growth fronts as an effort to find growth markets for their chipsets as well as selling portable products.

If SAMSUNG is key to EDIG then it is logical that INTEL is also on the list. Just trying to keep up on this 10 year saga. What was it that Matthews and Jecman saw in EDIG's tech to have them take a board position after retiring from INTEL???....and can EDIG leverage their way into INTEL's new game plan as a litigant or potential partner???

INTEL announcing their new direction is right on cue with what EDIG is trying to accomplish today, imo. Should INTEL get targeted, EDIG will receive more than a glance by those who follow INTEL.
